Running and Marathon Framing

Running is a growing sport in the UK. Although professionally athletics seems to be in decline. It is certain with the growth of amateur events the sport is very highly represented.

In fact many boxers, football players, rugby players and just about anyone who wants to get fit for their sport will be running this week. Many of them entering at least one event a year. From a park run, to a 10k all the way through to a marathon.
