1. Eligibility

The affiliate scheme is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 or over, subject to approval by The Shirt Framing Service LTD

2. Referral Tracking

Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link or code. Commission is only payable on completed and paid orders made through the affiliate’s link or code.

3. Commission

Affiliates will earn 5% of the service value per valid referral. Commission applies only to successfully completed shirt framing orders and excludes, refunds, cancellations, or failed payments.

4. Payments

Commission payments are made [monthly] via [bank transfer or PayPal], once the minimum payout threshold of £25 has been reached.

5. Promotion Rules

Affiliates must promote the service in a fair and lawful manner and must not:

• Make false or misleading claims

• Use spam or unsolicited messages

• Bid on The Shirt Framing Service brand terms in paid search

• Impersonate or present themselves as The Shirt Framing Service

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the related commission will be deducted from future payments.

7. Termination

[Your Company Name] may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are breached or the scheme is misused.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Shirt Framing Service accepts no liability for loss of earnings or indirect losses arising from participation in the affiliate scheme.

9. Changes to the Scheme

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the affiliate scheme and these terms at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
