How does the order process work?
- Select and purchase a framing service and we will send you a booking form (this is within your order confirmation email) finding out basic information which isn’t included within 24 Hours of Checkout.
- The Booking form will include our office location (can also be found at the footer of the website) You will need to send the medals to us signed for /tracked or recorded to ensure deliveries can be tracked through the postal service.
- Once we received your medals we will professionally frame and send proof pictures to check before we post back.
- We specially pack your frame in our custom made boxes and send on a next day timed service through DHL.
- You will have your fully framed medals back with you within 10 working days after it has arrived at our offices.

You will have your fully framed medals back with you within 10 working days after they have been recieved arrived at our offices.
