Our medal framing service is a premium framing option that allows you to show off all of your best achievements to the fullest. With an option of colour frames, backdrops and borders you can have your medals displayed how you want for an affordable price with the added extra of a plaque to commemorate your achievements.

How does the order process work?
- Select and purchase a framing service and we will send you an order confirmation email. In the email we ask for some extra information which isn’t collected online. The order confirmation email will outline the next steps too,
- Simply then send the memorabilia to us. You will need to send the medals to us signed for, tracked or recorded with adequate insurance. This ensures deliveries can be tracked through the postal service. It is also very important to include your order reference number and/or name in the parcel with your memorabilia.
- Once we have received your medals we will professionally frame them. And then send you photos to confirm we have framed the memorabilia to your satisfaction before we ship the framed memorabilia back to you.
- We specially pack your frame in our custom made boxes and send on a next day timed service through DHL. This is insured and deliveries will be between 8am and 6pm. DHL will email or text you a tracking number upon despatch.
- You will usually have your fully framed medals back with you within 10-12 working days after it has arrived at our offices. If you have a fixed deadline for framing please contact us prior to ordering.

Our framing and shipping process works as followed:
- Select and purchase a framing service and we will send you booking information finding out basic information which isn’t included, within 24 Hours of Checkout.
- The Booking form will include our office location (can also be found at the footer of the website) You will need to send the shirt to us signed for /tracked or recorded to ensure deliveries can be tracked through the postal service.
- Once we have recieved your medals we will professionally frame and send proof pictures to check before we post back.
- We specially pack your frame in our custom made boxes and send on a next day timed service through DHL. This is insured Service and delivery will be made within the hours of 9-5 . You will have your fully framed medals back with you within 10 working days after they have been recieved arrived at our offices.
